David Spencer earned his B.A. from Queens University in 1980, his LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1983 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1985. David has been with SR since 2001, and became a partner in 2009.
David worked for a well known highrise condominium developer before returning to private practice with a well established law firm in Toronto which concentrated its practice in condominium and development real estate. He has more than 30 years experience specializing in the purchase and sale of large tracts of land and the development and registration of condominium and subdivision projects. He also oversees the firm’s condominium and subdivision unit/lot department and has an active practice dealing with the development of medium and large commercial/retail plazas.
