
Craig’s practice is restricted to Ontario condominium, subdivision, and land development law. Craig has over 30 years of condominium experience, both in new condominium developments and in condominium conversions.
Craig is very comfortable with using the appropriate type of condominium needed to achieve client objectives, ranging from standard (including phased), common elements, vacant land and leasehold condominiums.
Craig is also experienced in combining condominium and subdivision plans in single projects to make use of the important features of each type of development.
Craig’s practice, by necessity, involves having a clear understanding of real estate law, including the provisions of the Condominium Act, the Development Charges Act, the Municipal Act and the Planning Act, that affects real property development in Ontario.
Craig has a strong understanding of clients’ business needs and strives to provide practical advice.
